We at Farr Finance take regulatory compliance and data protection very seriously. Whilst we have chosen to relinquish our FCA authorisation* we remain committed to treating all customers fairly and comply fully with all current Data Protection legislation (GDPR). *FCA authorisation is required to provide finance to private individuals and sole traders. We have chosen to focus on our core market - the provision of finance to Limited Companies
